Community Action Enterprises, Inc. is a wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of Cattaraugus Community Action, Inc. The corporation exists for the purpose of holding an ownership position in properties that have been developed for use as housing for the homeless and low-income.  In each case, any of these properties are owned by a Limited Partnership, in which the subsidiary has an ownership interest.

Community Action Enterprises, Inc., holds an ownership position in the Jefferson House Apartments, L.P. and is exploring future ventures.
